Malea continues to grow every day. I can tell that her cheeks and thighs are starting to fill out a little. She really seems to be getting a lot longer too. She does a really good job doing "tummy time" on her playmat. We are amazed how strong her little neck is. She is so content doing just about anything. The only time she cries is pretty much just when she's really hungry.
Yesterday, Aunt Jodi and Aubrey came over to visit, and the 4 of us went for a walk through our neighborhood. It was Malea's first walk in her stroller! The weather was PERFECT and the munchkins loved the ride... despite the bumpiness. Our roads out here aren't paved yet, so it makes for a bumpy ride at times. Jodi and I laughed so hard because she has a nice all-terrain stroller and was trucking right along... then there was Malea and I, bouncing all over like a fart in a skillet (that's a Joel-ism: ) At one point, I actually took Malea out of her stroller because I felt like she was going to get bouncing baby syndrome if I left her in there, and Jodi pushed both strollers:o) Next time I'm thinking maybe we'll give Jodi's neighborhood a try instead- haha!! As you can see in the below pictures, the little ones must have enjoyed the walk because it put them both to sleep: )
Welp, my alarm is sounding (aka Malea= ) Must be feeding time! Have a fantastic weekend!!!
