This one is just totally precious!!!
Ever since she was itty-bitty, she has always loved to stick her tongue out! And she has the cutest little tongue (as cute as a tongue can be anyway; ) This picture is priceless!!
This one is for Daddy because he's not always a fan of headbands: ) Love that grin!
I LOVE this one! She looks sort of shocked in the picture, but I'm pretty sure she is just expressing her "AHHH" face: ) Whenever we say "OHHHH" or "AHHHHH" or "EEEEEE" (ok you get my drift: ) she tries to put her mouth like ours. Pretty sure I must have been "AHHH-ing" her in this picture: )
HAHA! This has got to be one of my favs... I think it's so cute. She looks like such a big girl! She always sucks on the side of her fist, which is what she was doing just prior to this picture. It cracks me up how she's pulling down on her lip with her fist- I would have never been able to capture that on camera myself: ) Little Miss Personality!

A few other things I wanted to mention.... Malea has always been a great sleeper, but the past week and a half has been amazing. A week ago Wednesday, she had an 8PM bottle, then slept until 4AM (which is when Joel's alarm was going off anyway, so we needed to be up: )... Thursday was very similar... ate a 9PM bottle, and slept until 4:30, and Friday was again the same! Other than Saturday night when she was home alone with Daddy (I was at Laura's bachelorette party and she was a little pistol and wouldn't go to sleep for daddy; ), she has been on an awesome all-night streak! Yahoo!! Yesterday I picked her up from my mom's at 5:00. She was napping when I picked her up, stayed sleeping the entire grocery run, slept through mom and I stopping for a sandwich, and the rest of the car-ride home. I woke her up getting her out of her carseat at 9, fed her, and changed her. She was in the best mood after that 5 hour long nap, but she was wide awake and I was afraid she wouldn't sleep all night. We played and giggled for awhile, then I laid her in her bed wide awake, turned on her music and light up thingy, she rolled on her side and put herself right back to sleep. I thought for sure she'd be waking up in the night since she had taken such a long nap, but nope! The little champ slept until this morning when I got up to make Joel's lunch! She must know her mommy is narcoleptic and needs all the sleep she can get. Or maybe she is narcoleptic too... that could be the case... LOL: )
As I mentioned, we had Laura's bachelorette party on Saturday night... It was a ton of fun, but unfortunately my camera battery died early on so I didn't get many pictures. Below are a few I did manage to get. Joel is heading to Nashville to visit Ryan and Amanda on Friday morning and is looking forward to that, while Malea and I are looking forward to Laura and Josh's wedding back here!!
Jodi's boys started back to school already on Wednesday. Brayden is in 1st grade, and Nolan is now in 2nd! It's crazy how fast the summer went- it seems like they just got out of school for the summer. Jodi went up to Mom's a few times this week with Aubrey, and Mom and Jodi both told me that Aubrey was making Malea laugh so hard... Aubrey would put the blanket over her head to play peek a boo with Malea, and Malea would just giggle. I'm not sure if I think it's funnier that Aubrey is only 11 months old and already figured out that if she plays peek a boo with Malea it will make her laugh, or if it's funnier that Malea is only 3 months old and already thinks peek a boo is hilarious... either way it's precious: )
Welp, that's all I have time for right now, but I will post more later!
