The time has come for some COLLEGE FOOTBALL!!!! The Hawkeyes kicked things off today with a 37 - 7 dominating victory over Eastern Illinois... not a bad start!!! It is going to be an exciting season!!!! Not only was it the first game of the season, it was Mitchell's first Hawkeye football game ever!!! He was so stinking cute... when Shane and Sara pulled into our tailgating lot with him, I opened up the truck door and he just giggled... he was so excited: ) He was so much fun at tailgating, and according to Shane, he did great at the game too and really had a good time. My buddy, Ryan, bought 2 of our season tickets this year, so we enjoyed having he and his dad along for the opening game, and look forward to having him around for the season! Next week should be a fun weekend as well when those darn Cyclones roll into town for their whoopin...
